Manchester United could be set to add to their options in attack this summer with the acquisition of PSV Eindhoven attacker Hirving Loazano.

Already, new Gunners' boss Unai Emery is seeking to work again with the France worldwide as he look forward to beef up the squad this summer. Now the aim to make amends further up the pitch. The report suggests Arsenal have begun talks with the La Liga outfit for the 29-year old.

Although he played at right-back occasionally under Emery's predecessor Arsene Wenger he is normally a centre-back and will compete with the likes of veteran French global Laurent Koscielny and new Greek arrival Sokratis Papastathopoulos, who signed on Monday for a reported fee of £17.7million ($23.3million, Sh2.3 billion).

Meanwhile, Nzonzi is no stranger to English football, having previously played for Blackburn Rovers and Stoke City in the Premier League. In his six seasons in England, N'zonzi made 216 appearances but failed to lift trophies in the period.

He expressed hope that their visit would symbolize a rebuilding of relations between the USA and Russian federal legislatures. He said the Kremlin was "very satisfied" that the senators were visiting Russian Federation .

The former Sevilla boss bought the Frenchman during his spell at the Spanish side as both player and manager went on to claim the Europa League in their first campaign together. His performances in the tournament were rewarded with a spot in the Squad of the Season.

The Gunners' move for midfielder Lucas Torreira had seemingly stalled with the player focussing on the World Cup with his national team. Currently, N'zonzi is in Russian Federation, representing France as they face Belgium in the semi-finals.

According to BBC Sport's David Ornstein, Arsenal are very close to finalising a deal for Samparodia and Uruguay midfielder Lucas Torreira with medical and other formalities imminent.

The timing will depend on whether he flies straight from Russian Federation to London now Uruguay are out of the World Cup following their quarter-final defeat to France, or travels via his homeland.
