Meghan opted for a light pink off-shoulder dress by Carolina Herrera.

The Duchess of Sussex came under fire over the weekend for showing off her shoulders. She stood in the first row back then as well-but way to the left-whereas Meghan got to hang in the middle with the cool kids.
