First Warning Forecast: Strong To Severe Storms Tonight

MONDAY: Scattered showers and storms. Rounds of showers and storms keep pushing from west to east across our part of the world. It also predicted a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 9 a.m. Wednesday.

An line of showers moving through Oklahoma will approach the Red River by late morning.

The front stalls just south of us Tuesday, keeping clouds and cooler air around. Storm chances return tonight and with the chance of rain continuing through Thursday morning we're not looking at any scenario repeating like what we had last night.

More severe weather is possible Tuesday across parts of KAKEland, with storms firing as early as late afternoon. The weather service says very heavy rainfall can be expected with any storms that develop. Highs will stay above average with highs in the 80s and lows in the 60s.
