Onlookers couldn't believe their eyes when a float of the "Sleeping Beauty" villain, Maleficent, shockingly malfunctioned and caught fire during the Festival of Fantasy parade on May 11.

Every one stayed calm because many people thought it was part of the show.

A Maleficent-themed float in the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade at the Walt Disney World Resort's Magic Kingdom park caught fire mid-parade Friday afternoon, ABC Action News reports. Videos from the scene show flames and plumes of black smoke rising from the robotic dragon's head.

"I think we have a problem; the dragon's literally on fire", a guest says in one video.

Gun battle between security forces & militants in Afghanistan
Afghan security forces surrounded the area and were still battling the gunmen hours after the initial explosions. No individual or group including the Taliban militants has so far claimed responsibility behind the attack.

Within minutes, a Disney employee with a fire extinguisher doused the flames.

They added that operations remained normal throughout the rest of the park.

The dragon was created to bob its head, while blowing smoke and fire in the air, but the flames engulfed it. "It did the fire-breathing thing and out of nowhere", she wrote, "the flame just bursted out of the top [and] kept growing".
