The headline announcements have come Android P but there's also been some big new features revealed for Gmail, Google Photos and Google's smart Assistant. With the new AI enabled innovation coming into play, the users can now draft emails faster without any hesitation from scratch.
Smart Compose operates in the background, letting you accept its suggestions or ignore them, so you don't need to change the way you now compose drafts.
The demo showed how Smart Compose can help with cutting down the time it takes to write an email.

While Israel did not confirm or deny the strikes, a state of alert was reported by its armed forces near the Syrian border. Syrian media reported Israeli Air Force jets struck several Syrian military bases with Iranian personnel.
So what exactly is new in Gmail? "For example, if it's Friday it may suggest 'Have a great weekend!' as a closing phrase", read the Google post. It can also minimize spelling and grammar errors.
A new spam attack is tricking a wave of Gmail users into thinking their account has been hacked. The suggestions will appear automatically once you begin typing the sentence. When you use it, Gmail lets you specify when it should remind you about an important message. If you want to request for money, you just need to select Request Money option from the same menu by selecting the Attach option.
The feature isn't available to everyone just yet, but it will be available in the coming weeks. Google then says to find "Experimental Access" in the "General" settings tab and enable it.
Google is giving Gmail a substantial update, offering better integration with G Suite apps, along with security, collaboration, and AI enhancements.
