The accident occurred when she was driving her auto and suddenly she lost her control in Noida due to which her vehicle fell down into a canal and she suffered from serious injuries.
A senior woman official, who worked with "Radio Mirchi" radio station, was killed as her auto crashed into a drain late on Tuesday night.
Reportedly, her auto lost control when it was rammed into a Nala.

When her friend noticed that Khanna wasn't following the auto anymore, he is said to have turned around to look for her and found that her vehicle had crashed into the drain.
Her body was fished out this morning and was taken to a nearby hospital. However, she was declared brought dead.
According to The Hindu, the deceased, identified as 26-year-old Tania Khanna, was a sales manager and a resident of Kavi Nagar in Ghaziabad. While registering a case of accidental death, the police are now probing how the victim lost control of her auto. "Such a huge drain has been left uncovered and there is no proper mechanism of streets lights in the area. This tragedy has left a huge hole in all our hearts", Radio Mirchi said in a statement, according to The Times of India.
