Corning The Cinco de Mayo Festival put on by Latino Outreach of Tehama County will be moving to Corning for the Saturday event, set for 10 a.m.to 4 p.m.at the Corning Community Park and Skate Park, 1485 Toomes Ave. Here, partiers can enjoy a blowout fiesta, complete with live music, mariachi bands, face painting, a photo booth and more.

The party starts at 5 p.m.in Central Park with a Kentucky Derby-viewing party where guests are encouraged to wear their best derby hats and, in true Derby fashion, sip mint juleps from the Central Park Bar on the lawn. From 3-5 p.m., there will be piñatas and candies for the children.
