The relationship between Kratos and his son is going to form something of the emotional core of the game, and is likely going play a pretty large part in the story.

God of War is coming out in just a few days and has garnered critical acclaim from almost every gaming critic on the Internet. Well, the writers have also done a brilliant job in the sense that his son knows nothing about Kratos' past, which means that Kratos recounts key moments throughout his days in Greece as the game goes on.

In a recent post published on the pages of the PlayStation Blog, Cory Barlog, the director of the game, reiterated how the God of War that will arrive in stores will be an "absolutely whole experience" and that no additional content of any kind should be foreseen.
