This gorgeous video has been made to highlight World Down Syndrome Day

This carpool karaoke lip sync video has been created in support of World Down Syndrome Day on March 21.

The four-and-a-half minute clip, titled "50 Mums, 50 Kids, 1 Extra Chromosome", has since gone viral and has been viewed more than 250,000 times on YouTube.

She thought it would be "amazing" to replicate the idea with other mothers and their young children who also have Down's Syndrome.

World Down Syndrome Day is Wednesday, March 21, 2018 and its goal is to raise awareness around the world of what Down syndrome is and the vital role people with Down syndrome play in our society.

James Corden, who hosts the popular Carpool Karaoke on the Late, Late Show, also shared the video, writing: "This is the most handsome Carpool Karaoke". It made me cry'.

The mothers who appear in the video are all part of a Facebook group called "Designer Genes" for parents of children with Down syndrome.

These pint-sized stars and their mums and siblings are melting hearts across the world as they sing along to the Christina Perri ballad, about how they "wouldn't change a thing". It quickly caught James Corden's eye, as well as singer Christina Perry, whose song is in the video.
