The news comes via the Tracking Board, who also reports that Sylvester Stallone and Dolph Lundgren are set to reprise their roles as Rocky Balboa and Ivan Drago. All we really knew of the film was that we were probably going to get a story centred around Adonis Creed encountering his father's killer - the infamous Ivan Drago - in some capacity as old wounds were reopened. Stallone and Tessa Thompson, who starred in Creed, are also returning.
Steven Caple Jr. will direct "Creed 2", which is based on a script by Stallone and "Luke Cage' showrunner Cheo Hodari Coker".

The project, being produced by Irwin Winkler, Charles Winkler, William Chartoff, David Winkler, and Kevin King- Templeton, is scheduled to be released on November 21, 2018. Lundgren will reprise his role in the sequel also. Of course, comic book movies continue to dominate at the box office and 2018 will certainly be no different, but the colorful heroes and villains found in the panels of our favorite comic books and graphic novels have also fared pretty well in the television and video game mediums.
Official information about the movie is yet to be released, although Rocky Balboa was suffering from cancer during "Creed" and there's speculation he could be killed off in the upcoming sequel.
Stallone revealed the casting on Instagram, calling him "245 pounds of talent".'Creed 2' will mark Munteanu's acting debut.
