The Highway Patrol also reported a second, separate accident on I-95 northbound at Florida 206, just south of the fatal crash scene. She faces charges of DUI, child neglect, leaving the scene of a crash and battery on a law enforcement officer.

The first crash, called in at 4:40 a.m., involved two large trucks and three other vehicles, but the Highway Patrol has not released information on injuries or who the fatal victim was.
