"I can not believe I am having to make this video, I can not believe this is happening", he says at the start of the video titled "Regarding the rumours about me today". The clip is audio of Shane Dawson talking about a girl, who many online believe to be Alabama Luella Barker, 12, who was 6 years old when Dawson met her, being described as "sexy", on a 2013 episode of his podcast.
'And this kid slapped her huge d**k on the table and was, like, a six-year-old who goes "Oh, I have 125,000". And she shows me her Instagram which are like... The little one revealed that she was a cheerleader and showed him her Instagram photos and he said, "First of all, I don't know if I'm allowed to say this, but she's like sexy".
Shane says that back when he said those things, he was insecure, and was trying to make people laugh by shocking them.
'So why is it that when someone Googles, like, "naked baby" and jerks off to it, they can get arrested? "I don't understand that".
'Here's the worst part of it, I actually went to Google... "I didn't want to see child porn but I just thought 'okay let me pretend like I'm a pedophile for a second'".
'So I typed in "naked baby". First of all I don't know why anybody would be turned on by that. But, they were sexy.
"I am NOT a f***ing pedophile", he yelled in a response video where he slammed everyone for taking his soundbites out of context.
