Foster was charged with second degree possession, according to the website, and bond was set at $2,500.

During his rookie season, Foster showed promise at outside linebacker and compiled 72 tackles, good for second on San Francisco, in only 10 games.

The report cited the Tuscaloosa Sheriff's Office arrest database.
