Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age will launch on Steam on February 1st, and will include some interesting graphic updates and gameplay features absent in the PS4 release previous year.

Following its console introduction a year ago, The Zodiac Age is due on our platform of choice on February 1.

Along with the same improvements and content found in the PS4 release, the Steam version of Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age will include some new features tailored for PC.

In related news, Square-Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy VII remake will feature action based combat instead of the command based which was featured in the original game.

Users will also have three background music options including he original, re-orchestrated and soundtrack versions. The game will run at 60 FPS and is compatible with 21:9 ultra-wide monitors.

Square Enix has a surprise for all their PC fans out there. The new functionality added will grant players max License Points and Gil from the configuration screen, and there will be full controller support, Steam Trading Cards and more to optimize the PC player experience.
