The UN Under Secretary-General for Political Affairs met North Korea's Foreign Minister in Pyongyang on Thursday.

North Korea's official news agency Wednesday quoted an unnamed Foreign Ministry spokesman strongly criticising senior U.S. administration officials' "bellicose remarks" and the ongoing military exercises.

The visit by Feltman, an American citizen and former State Department official, comes just after Pyongyang's launch of its most advanced missile to date. Ri held a conversation with Feltman, who also paid a courtesy visit to the Supreme People's Assembly (North Korea's Parliament).

Before the meeting took place, the North Korean official expressed his hope that the discussion would be "full of sincerity", Kyodo News reported.

On Wednesday, he met with North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Pak Myong-guk and Russian Ambassador to Pyongyang Alexander Matsegora.

The actor also feels the movie could have been marketed well. "I'll keep working and hopefully, things will fall into place". When asked how he feels about Sara's film releasing the same year as his, Saif said, "I am happy, I am excited for her".

North Korea invited Feltman for a "policy dialogue" when Ri was in NY in September for the U.N. General Assembly, according to a U.N. spokesman.

Though Feltman previously worked for the State Department, he is not representing the USA government.

Naeurt stressed that the United Nations chief is making the visit on the behalf of the United Nations, not the USA government.

But the United States has said it is not interested in talks with North Korea until it abandons its nuclear ambitions.

"The remaining question now is: when will the war break out", it said.
