Naya Rivera filed for divorce from husband Ryan Dorsey on Tuesday for the second time.

And now, court papers obtained by state that Rivera, 30, has made the move to submit legal documents to restart the termination of their marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences". Naya wants joint custody of the pair's 2-year-old son, Josey, and for the court to block either from getting spousal support.

While her original divorce filing listed the date of separation as "TBD", in her new filing, the separation date is listed as November 24, one day before the alleged incident with her now-ex took place.

She was released on a $1,000 (£750) bond.

According to a police report, deputies said they noticed "minor injuries consistent with his statement".

With the loss, Minnesota dropped to 14-11 overall and 6-7 on the road. "I thought it was a little better in the second half". Towns ultimately had more help than Jordan as well, but the battle on the blocks delivered.

"This is a hard time for everyone in the family especially for Naya and I", Dorsey shared on Twitter after the incident. Perhaps with kindness, respect, without judgment and as negative a situation like this is, with positivity and love.

Rivera has not commented on social media. Interestingly, they were actually married three months after her very public split with ex-fiance and rapper Big Sean, on the same exact day she had been scheduled to marry her former beau.

Just one year ago in November of 2016, she filed for divorce but revoked her filing soon after.

The divorce was filed for at the Los Angeles Superior Court just over a week after she allegedly hit her husband while they took their son out for a walk.

"It is what it is, but I'm glad that my family is together", she told People at the time.
