The actor issued a statement last month that he couldn't see how he could return to the set after two women - a former personal assistant and an actress on the series - accused Tambor of sexual harassment.

Tambor was accused of sexual harassment by his former personal assistant, a trans woman named Van Barnes, in a private Facebook post on November 8. This was based on a statement from Tambor in which decried the current "toxic atmosphere" and the "politicisation" on-set, leading him to say it was "very hard for me to see how I can possibly return".

A representative for Tambor told the New York Times, that as of now Tambor "has no plans to quit".

Creator and EP Jill Soloway said she would not discuss the recent accusations against Tambor while speaking on a panel at Vulture Fest L.A.

"This is no longer the job I signed up for four years ago", the Emmy victor said in a statement to Deadline.

Tambor has been accused of sexual harassment by his former assistant, Van Barnes, and his "Transparent" co-star Trace Lysette.

In his first pro season, he hit.236 (30 for 127) with eight doubles, four homers and 26 RBI in 36 games for Short-season Everett. Because Ohtani is under 25 he is subject to global spending limits, which severely limits his earning power on the free market.

In a statement to Deadline, Tambor citied a "politicized atmosphere" as the reason for his autonomous departure.

In the meantime, Amazon is looking itno the allegations and the writers must try and plan a fifth season that may or may not include their central character.

"I've already made clear my deep regret if any action of mine was ever misinterpreted by anyone as being aggressive, but the idea that I would deliberately harass anyone is simply and utterly untrue", he said.

One week later came trans actress Lysette's allegation-that the actor made lascivious remarks to her and tried to touch her inappropriately on set.

Lysette, who like Barnes is transgender, said that Tambor assaulted her in a corner of the soundstage while they were waiting for a camera setup for a pivotal scene in the second season. "I felt his penis on my hip through his thin pajamas, and I pushed him off of me". She for the most part kept it to herself. I want to attack you sexually'. "I can be volatile and ill-tempered, and too often I express my opinions harshly and without tact. I have never been a predator-ever".
