Shooting is due to resume next week.

The "X-Men" filmmaker has claimed his services were "terminated" by the studio after he asked for some time off to go back to the United States to deal with "pressing health matters concerning one of my parents".

After Bryan Singer was sacked from the set of Bohemian Rhapsody, the troubled Queen biopic that's taken an age to get here, a new director has stepped in to take on the reins of the production and get it across the finish line.

Fox had announced on December 1 that it had temporarily halted production on "Bohemian Rhapsody" and cited "the "unexpected unavailability of Bryan Singer".

Again, Fletcher is a more than capable replacement for Singer, as Eddie the Eagle is better than anything Singer has directed in years.

Mercury wrote numerous hits for Queen, including "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Killer Queen", "Somebody to Love", "Don't Stop Me Now", "Crazy Little Thing Called Love", and "We Are the Champions". This was a very taxing experience, which ultimately took a serious toll on my own health.

The LCD iPhone, in contrast, will sell at a lower price point ($650-$750) and have a lower pixel density (320-330ppi). Other than Foxconn, current iPhone metal casing and frame suppliers include Catcher Technology and USA -based Jabil.

"Unfortunately, the studio was unwilling to accommodate me and terminated my services", he continued. "This was not my decision and it was beyond my control".

The studio made the announcement late Wednesday afternoon, two days after firing Singer under the "pay or play" provision of his contract.

Singer also said there had been no confrontation between him and Malek, and that apart from creative differences, the two had put their differences aside and were working together harmoniously before the Thanksgiving holiday.

In spite of the last-minute shake-up, Fox is still looking to release the film in the USA on 25 December 2018.

"The full cast of the film was revealed shortly after, with 'X-Men Apocalypse" s Ben Hardy playing drummer Roger Taylor, 'The Tourist" s Gwilym Lee portraying Brian May and 'Jurassic Park" s Joe Mazzello taking the role of bass guitarist John Deacon.
