Ubisoft has provided information on the content of the Season Pass for South Park: The Fractured But Whole. Playing this will unlock cosmetics and artifacts but there are no details on what this actually is yet.
The Season Pass will be available on the day of the games release, October 17th.
So, mostly costume packs and slight add-ons, but still pretty ideal for fans of the South Park franchise.

Kandi Burruss and her band Xscape announced Thursday (Oct. 12) that they have chose to drop NeNe from their reunion tour. A few nights ago in Oakland, the known personality who recently ventured into comedy was caught up in a controversy.
2018 will see the release of a story expansion called "From Dusk till Casa Bonita" where a demonic presence has appeared at Casa Bonita. Meanwhile, "Bring the Crunch" will introduce a new story and superhero class for players at $11.99, as well. Despite the fact that Danger Deck is also listed for a December release.
To get all that content priced at just under $37, you can pick up a season pass for South Park: The Fractured But Whole on the game's launch on October 17 for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One for $29.99. It will be available for $11.99 in 2018. Each bit of DLC can be purchased separately, with the Towelie in-game tip buddy coming in at $2, The Relics of Zaron costume and perks pack at $5, Danger Deck at $6 and both story packs at $12 each.
All pre-orders will also receive an exclusive in-game assistant, Towelie: Your Gaming Bud.
As with most South Park episodes, there are a couple of running jokes that play out, and the other main one is Netflix's indiscriminate green-lighting of new series, which Cartman and the gang intend to exploit to launch their own superhero franchise, titled Coon and Friends.
