The boyfriend of a pregnant Howard County teacher found dead last month will not be charged in the death of the baby.

"Her child was autopsied, and a medical team determined at the time of Miss Wallen's murder, the child was 14 weeks old", McCarthy said Friday.

Montgomery County prosecutors will not charge Tyler Tessier for the death of his girlfriend Laura Wallen's fetus.

Tessier was reportedly engaged to another woman at the time of Wallen's death, and he split his time between both women, according to charging documents.

McCarthy declined to specify what Tessier's motive might have been. Days before her death, Wallen texted the other woman, asking to meet, the documents say.

In the first quarter since Reliance Jio started charging for its services, it accumulated Rs 7,197.08 crore as value of services. However, the company witnessed increase in finance cost to Rs. 2272 crores in Q2FY18 vs Rs. 883 crores Q2FY17.

Prosecutors said they believe the motive behind the murder of a Maryland high school teacher was a love triangle.

Tessier was arrested and charged on September 13, after police say he gave them several conflicting statements. He said he gave her his keys to the house, but a neighbor later reported seeing him that week walking Wallen's dog, which was locked in her home.

After the press conference, police again interviewed Tessier. Wallen's attempt to get in touch with the fiance may have also played a role in her murder.

Wallen was shot in the back of the head and then buried in a shall grave in Damascus. Wallen sent a text to her best friend saying that Tessier had taken her to a field and she didn't know why.
