Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield's performance against Ohio State last Saturday night was not just a key part of the Sooners' 31-16 win over the Buckeyes, but it's making him internationally famous.

On a Tuesday call, Monken told reporters including Sal Interdonato of the Middletown (N.Y.) Times Herald-Record that Ohio State is possibly the most talented team that Army football has ever faced.

"He continued: "[Mayfield] turns around and goes 'Get ready, I'm about to hang six on you bleeping bleepers.' He goes, leads them right down the field.

"Behind the Oklahoma bench, there were a group of Buckeye fans that were beyond over-served", Fitzsimmons said on the podcast.

"No, no, let me stop you there", Mayfield interrupted. Then he went and tried to plant the Oklahoma flag at midfield (and some unspecified people got vaguely upset so he apologized). I got three or four more that's coming up.

Mayfield later apologized for the flag planting, but not before someone conveniently updated the owner of Ohio Stadium's Wikipedia page on Monday morning. Get over it, the Buckeyes have enjoyed plenty of celebrations in front somber losing fans.
