The question on every tech-savvy Android user's mind right now is whether Google's latest version of its operating system - Android O - will be made available for their devices and if so when?

Android 8.0 "Oreo" is being distributed to the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and will be available for the Pixel and selected Nexus devices soon. Android Oreo users will also be allowed to permit installation of apps via APK.

Well, Google is already rolling out the update to its Pixel and Nexus devices, and depending on your region, you'll receive the update.
