If those rumours are to be believed then Apple has tested nearly 10 prototypes of iPhone models and in fact, there has been several videos showcasing dummy units of the same.

There's no official word on when Apple will announce its next batch of iPhones, but historically the company hosts its iPhone events in September.

Huawei, which has long expressed its intention to overtake Apple to become the world's second largest smartphone vendor, apparently sees the timing is ripe for it to launch the Mate 10 this fall leveraging its current sales momentum.

Apple is deciding to put aside the LED displays and use the OLED screens. The first one is called the "Access Case" and the second one is the 'Shell Case.' The latter is yet to arrive, it hasn't even appeared on the company's website. It all looks fine, and the upcoming phone looks really futuristic, however, we couldn't help but notice one rather odd thing. Finally, Wells Fargo & Company restated a market perform rating and set a $140.00 price objective on shares of Apple in a research note on Friday, April 28th. The iPhone 8 will probably be in short supply as a result, at least in the beginning. It is the same source that pointed something towards the "Facial ID" as mentioned above. This time it is claimed that the device will come WITHOUT a curved edge display. For these two handsets, it is being said that Apple will play on the same design as the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus and will include LCD displays in them. That leaves no room for a physical home button and fingerprint sensor.

That should mean your next iPhone is unlocked as soon as you lift it. Face recognition has been used by several manufacturers before. Could that setup be the next big thing for iPhone?

The people who spoke to Bloomberg (on the condition of anonymity) also said that the technology will be powered by a new 3D sensor and will be augmented ted by an eye scanning system. Over at Techno Buffalo, the team managed to uncover a leaked render of the iPhone 7S design. Samsung has it on the new Samsung S8, and it's much easier to use than the awkward fingerprint reader on the back.

There's just no way that will happen, even if the iPhone 8 is a smashing success.

Will the 8 Specs make it faster? Powering the device could be the Apple A11 processor. But what will be beneficial is the small numbers in form of 10nm Fusion. The smartphone is also said to have a dedicated Apple Neural Engine chip to handle artificial intelligence (AI).

When it comes to storage space, the iPhone will have 256GB, 128GB and 32GB variants.

The waterproof level of iPhone 8 is recently rumoured to be going to an IP68 rating from IP67 and hence could go be more water resistant. Instead, the phone is expected to ship in Gold, Silver and Black colour variants.

Regardless of the delay, the iPhone is predicted to do very well. This has been in rumours since past few months now. We have no idea, but you can see the video for yourself below.
